YK631是五軸四聯(lián)動(dòng)的數(shù)控花鍵銑，主要用于加工模數(shù)m≤3mm的直齒、斜齒圓柱齒輪，也可以采用徑向法進(jìn)行蝸輪加工，本設(shè)備特別適用于汽車制動(dòng)凸輪軸、汽車半軸、傳動(dòng)軸等長(zhǎng)軸類齒輪的加工。

Application Range：
YK631 is a five-axis four-link CNC horizontal spline milling machine. It 1s mainly used for machining straight-tooth and helical-toothed cylindrical gears with modulus ms 3mm. It can
also be processed by radial method, This equlpment is especally suitable for the processing of long shaft gears such as automobile brake camshafts, automobile axles and transmission shafts.
